@JayRawlings @Peston @RishiSunak @sajidjavid Now D&CofP Act ‘22. HoL inserted clause in the Bill requiring a vote in the HoC before an election could be called, HoC took that out. Election is called by the monarch on the advice of the PM (rather than request, as prev) & ouster clause prevents judicial review. So PM alone.
