@AvivaUK I’ve never dealt with such an appalling company when it comes to insurance. To have to fight this hard for a simple claim due to my son being in hospital and injured is beyond disgusting!

Never use @AvivaUK for travel insurance!!!!!
9 weeks since a simple claim was raised, and still fighting for our pay out. Was told our case was being dealt with by the ‘priorities’ team and now been told they need more information even though they have everything!!

@AvivaUK 2 months and counting and you still haven’t paid me my insurance payout!! Your service and process to claim is a joke. My son needed an emergency operation at the time we were due to be on holiday, yet you are still asking questions why we couldn’t go! He was in hospital

@AVFCSupport Called what feels like 100 times. I need to desperately move my 13 year olds seat, as you wouldn’t allow me to swap his seat with my son Oliver or my husband. Therefore we have 2 seats in between us! Help!!!

@2SevernBridges Which forecasters are you using? Every other one are saying tomorrow in our area is light - moderate at best. I suggest you monitor it very closely so as not to ruin people’s travel plans on the busiest travel weekend of the year.

I’ve been calling each day and getting the automated message. I’ve tried morning, afternoon and later in the day before they close. Ive genuinely been calling now for a week, managed to sort 3/4 via Twitter support..

The Eisteddfod blew me away today. It was a privilege to watch bechgyn blwyddyn 7 deliver a poem Cymraeg on stage & blwyddyn 9 showing their core values through preforming , dancing and playing musical instruments. Moments like these truly make teaching 🥹❤️ da iawn pawb🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿❤️
