I'm sorry, but to list "CVS MinuteClinic" as one of the places to get a free flu shot on your website and then deny claims bc it's "out of network" is unacceptable. Now I have to pay the bills and submit reimbursement forms for five family members. Ugh. @UPMCHealthPlan

@HPSupport Ok. I'm definitely not going to buy an HP. My printer cost almost $500 and didn't last 5 years. That's not acceptable.

@HPSupport I actually have a 6600 model, so there isn't a way to clean the printhead without taking apart the whole machine. Other suggestions?
