1/2 This has made my week. Ive recently been doing some work with my Ops Teams 2 re-invigorate the importance of their role in all aspects of care (not just waiting lists) & visible leadership everywhere including wards is vital . @kellyodizz @SalfordCO_NHS @pete_turkington
