How is this supposed to be a public amenity if it's inaccessible during hours or service? How can you justify complaints about reduced ridership when you make it impossible to access your services? I'm wasting money on private apps when I want to pay for my city's public transit.

Hey @SEPTA & @SEPTA_SOCIAL why is it absolutely impossible to access Jefferson station at night? I tried every single street and subway entrance and only found locked doors. Why can't I access it? My train left a minute ago. I have a bill for you to pay for me to get home safely.
