BREAKING: According to reports Hunter Biden has reached a preliminary plea deal with prosecutors which would have him admit guilt to two minor tax crimes as well as facts related to a gun charge.

Hunter would likely not face time behind bars.

Republicans will now try and use this as an example of why we have a 2-tiered justice system. What they will do is gloss over the facts.

1) The gun charge is rarely brought and almost never results in prison time.

2) The IRS estimates that 15.5% of all Americans break tax laws. If caught these offenses usually result in fines, not prison. In fact just 0.0022% of Americans are charged with a crime related to taxes each year.

Staying out of prison for these crimes, especially when reaching an agreement and already paying back what was owed, is the norm, not the exception.

@DavidWolfe My husband is an ortho surgeon and I’ve seen multiple surgeries like these when selling Otho equipment in the past. This is normal. Scary to see, but you have to understand the surgery itself and how truly strong the human body is. Bones are strong and they fight back!
