if you’re not interested in Samford Step Sing, you probably shouldn’t follow me 🤷🏼‍♀️

So apparently Katy Perry went to space today in approximately the same amount of time it takes my oven to preheat?? 2025 is weird.

[Kelsey Nelson @kelseydrennan]

@EvanWoodsGunter I’m a Phi Mu alum and love them with all my heart but I, too, am shocked they got Sweepstakes!!

[Kelsey Nelson @kelseydrennan]

@chelobr92 I hurt my own feelings typing it if I’m honest

[Kelsey Nelson @kelseydrennan]

No one will ever beat the use of Seven Nation Army by the Bears of Ignite in the 2010s. The crossing lines is still my favorite Step Sing moment of all time. #StepSing2023

[Adam Oliver @AdamOliver_]

When will we create a StepSing wiki with all the old songs, themes, and winners of the past? Maybe this needs to be my great life's work, or at least a summer project #StepSing2023

[Kelsey Nelson @kelseydrennan]

Oh wait, I forgot ATO! 3rd slot is a tie between Dudes and ATO! #StepSing2023

[Kelsey Nelson @kelseydrennan]

My top:

[Kelsey Nelson @kelseydrennan]

PLEASE GO BACK TO TOP 3 REGARDLESS OF GENDER #StepSing2023

Sigma Chi kills it again. They are so dang fun every time. #StepSing2023

[Kelsey Nelson @kelseydrennan]

@ThompsonTLT Background info: I heard there was an actual flood in the sigma chi house last week totally coincidentally. Makes their theme funnier!

[Kelsey Nelson @kelseydrennan]

Proud Phi Mu alum!! (And I haven’t always been able to say that) Loved seeing them out there just having fun and not taking themselves too seriously! #StepSing2023

[Kelsey Nelson @kelseydrennan]

Dudes: FRATERNITIES ARE STOOPID
Also Dudes: WE ARE AN EXCLUSIVE GROUP AND YOU CANNOT SIT WITH US
Again, Dudes: YOU WISH YOU COULD JOIN US BUT YOU CANNOT BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT A DUDE

Can’t deny their amazing track record through the years though. Another great show! #StepSing2023

[Kelsey Nelson @kelseydrennan]

Are the DAP directors really going to wear matching necklaces and not give any kind of explanation? #StepSing2023

[Kelsey Nelson @kelseydrennan]

FINALLY the Step Sing hair and makeup statement I’ve been waiting for. And their show was actually good. You go, Chi O #StepSing2023

[Kelsey Nelson @kelseydrennan]

OK WHO IS HER DAD AND WHAT SHOW DID HE DIRECT? #StepSing2023

[Kelsey Nelson @kelseydrennan]

Just curious if I’m the only one confused by the claim that broccoli is a main competitor of the beet? It seems like there are some much better options out there: #StepSing2023

[Kelsey Nelson @kelseydrennan]

I really miss the Zeta shows of the 2010s that were so moody and dark. They were such a vibe. #StepSing2023

[Kelsey Nelson @kelseydrennan]

@aparsons1127 The guys in Spectrum wearing more makeup than any of the all-girl groups we’ve seen so far is killing me!

[Kelsey Nelson @kelseydrennan]

Very sad we’re 2 shows in and haven’t been served any fun Step Sing hair/makeup looks yet. That was always my favorite part #StepSing2023
