So disappointed in @uber driver, Desta for refusing to drive my adult brother because he has Down syndrome. She cancelled and then charged $5. She’s the one who lost here by not getting to experience the joy he brings us. We will be riding with @lyft from now on!! @Uber_Support

Meet my brother-in-law Alec. Big 🐸 fan. He’s independent, employed and Ubers all the time, most often to go work out at the gym. I was bummed to hear that an @Uber driver refused to drive him today (to meet my wife before the @TCUFootball game) because he has Down syndrome
