@OllyWrites In the remote forests of Northern British Columbia. He taught me how to plant a tree in the ground. 650k+ trees and a few million bug bites later… we still together.
@itsrachelsinger No official start date yet but I think we will go ahead with the season mid May. Considering the risks that local communities may face because of us and the planters themselves living remotely in such close corners, it is definitely a moral dilemma.
@itsrachelsinger Lots of new measures in place. Self-isolation two weeks prior to start with reporting of daily temps, designated groups of 6 when at work and camp (incld 6 ppl at a time in the dining tent during meals), no going into town of days off and more!
#Innisfil Council approves an exciting vision called the Orbit; a complete community where our small town/rural lifestyle is enhanced by benefits of urban living, allowing us to expand while we preserve our natural lands: https://t.co/mA0WRXJJkg @partisansarch@CortelGroup

Among #KingstonOn’s greatest assets are its beautiful heritage buildings & main street-style downtown. Adding more neighbours/shoppers & services to this special context will strengthen the downtown, but will require design excellence & creativity. #DensityDoneWell
A first principle of smart waterfront design is to always ensure public access to the water edge. Here’s an example of how NOT to do that, from #KingstonOn’s waterfront. #densitydonewell#YGK
Previous generations didn’t make good design decisions for #KingstonOn’s waterfront - slab buildings boxing it in, blank walls, fences & parking along the building edge at-grade. My hotel view doesn’t make a good first impression, but lots to see & learn today. #urbandiagnosis
