Chris Keltz is a ‘23 RHP/OF from Somerset Silver Palms (FL)! He has a lean frame, tons of athleticism, sat 83-85 in his bullpen has been up to 88 in game, electric breaking stuff with late bite and plus CH, also can lock down the OF with a high 80s arm and swings it really well!
