Police DELIBERATELY create jams in Nairobi. ..this the Langata orphanage/cemetery roundabout. 95% of traffic is from Karen and its environs... just let the traffic flow! I lost 10 to 15 minutes in senseless efforts of policemen to manage a jam they deliberately created.
