Let me get this straight, #Cobourg, Ontario: you don’t have paper in the parking machines, people pay to park and then you ticket them!!!??? Why would I want to go back? Now I have to challenge the ticket and waste my time! Why would anyone go back????

@Rogers So here I am, bawling, on hold for the 3rd time trying to renegotiate a Rogers bundle. 5 years after my husband’s death, I’m being asked when I reported the death because my name isn’t on file?! And the “service” agent “cannot handle the drama” and asked if I’d like 1/2
