@conortrains Also curious - we’ve been running 60D engaged / 120D PO segments on evergreen stuff and then opening it up for big moments for most brands.
Assuming from tweet you’re much larger than that - what’s your normal sending segment?
@conortrains What do you consider good open rates these days?
I agree w idea that unique clicks matters way more than CTR, but have been seeing gmail spam hits to cold inboxes for brands that are doing 35% ORs.
@coltybrah No. Everyone commenting needs a disclaimer that theyre either on cap table or employed by sendlane. stick w klaviyo - is pain point just price?
saw brand jumped over sendlane from klaviyo. everything tanked, incompetent AMs - it's just a nerfed klaviyo not worth nickel and dimin
@retentionrandy@Jbehr919 ya agree. cool that you can leverage compressed video/audio messages w attentive - anything else in particular that you prefer over klaviyo?
@retentionrandy@Jbehr919 Ah dude super helpful. Have 2 brands on attentive. 1 we push a custom property through popup, another we don't. Explains the GIANT disparity on ATC flow volume... thanks a ton.
Also - exploring moving everyone over to klaviyo SMS which I prefer for attribution
