@AlaskaAir Why do I have a confirmation saying I have those seats. Your email says “You’re all set!”. And never received any notification afterward. Plus I paid extra for seat 11. Will I be credited for that?
@AlaskaAir Had a confirmation that said “YOU’RE ALL SET” with my seats 8D and 8F. I go to check in today and you move me to the last row of the plane row 32. The words in your confirmation don’t add up!

@JetBlue Spent nearly 4 hours waiting to speak to a customer service representative. 1st call over and hour and a half wait to be hung up on. Second call nearly two hours and still waiting. This after my flight was consistently delayed boarded turned around and deplaned and the cancelled
@JetBlue been waiting to head to Costa Rica since 4:15pm. Get boarded start taxiing and then turned around at 10pm after a crazy long delay. Now sitting back at the terminal wtf!!!
