Not happy w/ @Delta. Screen said I had upgrade to First from Comfort. Gate agent said OK, get in line, it’s automatic. I did & no upgrade. Same agent said if I didn’t agree I should have talked to him at desk - which I DID. Absolute shit service. Merry Christmas.
