The $ZAMA public auction is live.
A sealed-bid Dutch auction, built on the Zama Protocol itself.
This mechanism prioritizes distribution quality and price discovery, not maximizing FDV or total sale amount.
Bids are encrypted and not time-based: no gas wars, no “race to click,” no front-running.
It’s fair. For everyone.

For most people, assets matter more than privacy.
That doesn’t mean they don’t care about security, it simply means they don’t want everything to be private.
They only want privacy for the assets they truly care about, the ones they actually want to hold and protect, and they want that privacy as an option, when they need it.
We have to acknowledge this reality. For 99% of users, the fear of losing asset value is far stronger than the abstract benefits of privacy.
Zama is taking a different approach. Instead of forcing privacy onto everything, Zama builds a foundation where privacy becomes an optional layer, safe, simple, and verifiable. With FHE, Zama enables fully encrypted data to be processed, computed on, and verified without ever being decrypted.
This isn’t just a technological breakthrough, it’s a shift in mindset. In the financial systems of the future, users shouldn’t have to choose between security and value.
With @zama , they can have both.

To help more people understand the FHE technology behind @zama, I’d like to share my perspective in a simple way.
Zama Protocol is a multi chain security layer built directly on top of existing blockchains. It leverages Zama’s FHE technology, meaning FHE is integrated into L1 and L2 chains rather than creating a new blockchain. This allows users to interact with privacy preserving dApps on any chain, without needing to bridge to a separate network.
If 10 years ago the internet used HTTP, and later moved to HTTPS for better security, then the next evolution will be HTTPZ, where end-to-end encryption is enabled by default across all applications thanks to FHE.
Currently, Zama has significantly improved FHE performance, supporting a wide range of applications and integrating with most L1 and L2 chains at around 250 TPS. Even more importantly, Zama’s FHE is quantum safe, as no known quantum algorithm can break it.
FHE is the core technology of the Zama Protocol, but it is complemented by MPC and ZK to address the limitations of each approach and deliver a truly comprehensive privacy solution for Web3.

Today, Zama Protocol is strong enough to support nearly every real world need of modern blockchain.
From DeFi, gaming, and sensitive data, to complex enterprise models, everything can now be built securely on @zama .
But the journey doesn’t end here.
To bring homomorphic security to a truly global scale, Zama is focusing on three strategic pillars :
1. More powerful hardware next-generation FHE accelerators that break past traditional performance limits.
2. More optimized algorithms reducing latency, increasing throughput, and transforming FHE from secure but slow into fast and indispensable.
3. ZK ifying everything making FHE transparent, decentralized, and fully verifiable across any chain.
We believe the future of blockchain isn’t limited to a choice between public or private.
That is Zama’s vision. Not just protecting data,
but unlocking creativity for the builders shaping the future of Web3.

What truly sets the HPU apart is the way it moves and processes data. Instead of constantly shuttling information back and forth to external memory like traditional architectures, every computation inside the HPU flows directly through its onchip SRAM. The usual bandwidth bottlenecks disappear. Latency drops dramatically. Power consumption falls. And the entire data pipeline runs smoothly and continuously, a hardware design built from the ground up for FHE.
But hardware is only half the story.
The HPU is equipped with an FHE aware compiler, a compiler that understands the mathematical structure and constraints of fully homomorphic encryption. It allows developers to take even the most complex FHE algorithms and compile them directly down to silicon without sacrificing an ounce of security. And the whole system operates in constant time, with no timing variations that an attacker could exploit as a side channel. This is security at a microscopic level, something conventional chips simply cannot provide.

Today, I want to talk about a profound shift happening in the world of finance, a shift that puts ownership, privacy, and sovereignty back into the hands of users.
Raycash is pioneering a new category, an onchain bank that cannot rug you. Built on top of the Zama Protocol, Raycash delivers something banks have never been able to offer, true self custody with full usability.
Imagine your assets held entirely onchain in confidential stablecoins, fully private, fully compliant, and fully controlled by you. No middleman holding your funds. No custodian with the power to freeze or seize them. No hidden risks behind the scenes.
Yet at the same time, Raycash seamlessly connects to the real world.
You can stake, swap, spend, and receive using debit cards and IBANs, just like any modern banking experience, but without surrendering your ownership.
This is what happens when cryptography meets user centric design.
With confidential stablecoins powered by @zama , only you and Raycash can see your account activity. Your financial life becomes private again. And because your assets live onchain, even in the worst case scenario, even if the company disappears, your money does not. You can withdraw it at any time. No counterparty risk. No rug.

Testnet v2 is a substantial architectural upgrade, and should be considered the release candidate for mainnet. It implements the production ready version of the Zama Protocol, including :
☑️A fully distributed threshold FHE architecture
☑️An upgraded ciphertext format aligned with the mainnet spec
☑️A deterministic gas model for encrypted inputs
☑️New operator coordination logic for multi-party computation
☑️Full compatibility with EVM tooling for confidential smart contracts
Developers can deploy today on Testnet v2 using the same interfaces, gas model, and ciphertext types that will exist on mainnet.
Zama are now entering the stress-testing phase of Testnet v2, validating network performance under real world load :
☑️Ciphertext throughput
☑️Multi-operator aggregation
☑️Bootstrapping latency
☑️Gas predictability for encrypted and unencrypted mixed workloads
☑️EVM integration under varying congestion conditions
After several rounds of testing and optimizations, Zama will deploy the Zama mainnet beta, which will become the first fully homomorphic encryption protocol ever brought into production on a public blockchain.
Mainnet will launch initially on Ethereum, with additional chains to follow in 2026 as cross chain FHE infrastructure matures.

Today ! I want to highlight an important milestone in Zama’s journey: the launch of our genesis operators, the teams that form the foundation of the protocol’s economic security.
@zama selected these operators from a pool of over 100 candidates, based on three strict criteria:
exceptional DevOps performance, extremely high cybersecurity standards, with many teams being SOC2 compliant, and finally, reputation.
Reputation isn’t something that’s often emphasized in web3. But when you’re bootstrapping the economic security layer of a protocol, it becomes essential.
When an operator is publicly doxxed and runs publicly verifiable software, they’re not just staking tokens. They’re staking their reputation.
And that changes everything. If an operator were to cheat in the Zama Protocol, they wouldn’t just lose the $ZAMA they have staked through slashing, they would risk losing their credibility, their customers, and the equity value of their business outside of Zama.
This creates a powerful form of implicit restaking, which massively strengthens the protocol’s economic security from day one.
Just look at the numbers:
Collectively, Zama operators secure over $100B in assets, trusted by banks, foundations, and tens of millions of crypto holders worldwide.

The Zama Confidential Blockchain Protocol enables confidential smart contracts on any L1 or L2. It is the most advanced confidentiality protocol to date, offering:
Composability between confidential contracts as well as with non confidential ones, allowing developers to build on top of existing contracts, tokens, and dapps.
Programmable confidentiality, where smart contracts define who can decrypt what, giving developers full control over confidentiality rules in their applications.
The Zama Protocol is not a new L1 or L2, but rather a cross-chain confidentiality layer built on top of existing blockchains. As a result, users don’t need to bridge to a new chain and can interact with confidential dapps from wherever they prefer.
It leverages Zama’s state-of-the-art Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) technology, which enables computing directly on encrypted data.
FHE has long been considered the holy grail of cryptography because it enables true end-to-end encryption for any application, onchain or offchain. Zama believes that just as the internet evolved from zero encryption with HTTP to encrypted data-in-transit with HTTPS, the next natural step is to use FHE to enable default end-to-end encryption in every application, something we call HTTPZ.
#ZamaCreatorProgram @zama
Zama designed the Zama Protocol to scale horizontally, powered by our TFHE-rs library, the fastest FHE implementation in the world. Unlike the EVM, which executes sequentially, the Zama Protocol parallelizes FHE computation. This means that as long as a ciphertext isn’t part of a sequential dependency, we can simply add more servers to increase throughput. No bottlenecks. No hard limits.
And the results speak for themselves.
Since day one, we’ve improved throughput from 0.2 transactions per second to over 20 transactions per second on CPU, already enough to make all of Ethereum fully encrypted
But we’re just getting started.
By the end of 2026, the @zama Protocol will run on GPUs, reaching 500 to 1,000 TPS per chain, enough to cover every L2 and most Solana use cases.
And beyond that, we’re building a dedicated FHE hardware accelerator (ASIC). With this hardware, we expect to achieve 100,000+ TPS per chain on a single server, a breakthrough large enough to bring global payments onchain, privately and securely.
FHE is no longer limited by its underlying algorithms. Its performance is now driven by Moore’s law. The better the hardware, the faster the Zama Protocol becomes.

Ledger is one of the world’s leading security projects in crypto, a pioneer in developing hardware wallets that protect Bitcoin, Ethereum, and more than 5,500 digital assets. Founded in 2014 in France by eight experts in security, cryptography and entrepreneurship, Ledger has become the most widely recognized hardware wallet brand globally, securing more than 20% of all crypto assets worldwide.
And today, that legacy enters a new chapter.
As a Zama MPC Operator, Ledger will help safeguard the private FHE key, the core cryptographic element powering the Zama Protocol, enabling strong confidentiality without sacrificing verifiability.
The combination of Ledger and Zama introduces a new layer of security for onchain computation. Ledger protects the private FHE key with hardware standards trusted by millions, while Zama’s FHE + MPC architecture distributes responsibility across multiple operators, eliminating single points of failure

Fireblocks is not just the world’s leading digital asset infrastructure company, it is the security layer of trust, the MPC fortress that has safeguarded trillions of dollars in transactions over the years.
Now, together with @zama , Fireblocks brings that same technology into the world of Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) where privacy and verifiability coexist.
Through its MPC - CMP technology, Fireblocks fragments the FHE private key into multiple secret shares, each stored independently across secure nodes. No single entity, not even Zama or Fireblocks, can ever reconstruct the full key.
Computation continues seamlessly and at high speed, while the key remains protected, never exposed, never compromised.

$ZAMA is more than just a token. It fuels the protocol. It is used for fees and staking, and follows a burn & mint model: 100% of all protocol fees are burned, and new tokens are minted only to reward operators.
This creates a sustainable loop, the more applications use Zama, the more value is captured by the ecosystem.
What makes Zama unique is this: deploying confidential apps is completely free and permissionless.
@zama do not charge for FHE computation, the most expensive part of privacy technology. Instead, the protocol only charges fees when users perform three specific actions:
+ ZKPoK verification: from $0.5 to $0.005
+ Bridging: from $1 to $0.01
+ Decryption: from $0.1 to $0.001
In my opinion, the fees are almost zero, extremely cheap.
