It's not all car drivers, but it's always car drivers that kill≈5 people a day.

Question-
On a dual carriageway, are 2 lanes not enough to allow safe overtakes?!

1. Rarely swept & so often full of debris including glass
2. Often in varying states of repair
3. Almost never carry the same rights of way as the main carriageway meaning having to almost stop at each junction to avoid death
