BTD 1897, luthier Ignacio Fleta. Created the instruments of choice of many virtuosos including Segovia & John Williams. The Fleta sound lives on in the work of his descendants. This spruce top Fleta was made by his son. I also recorded on a cedar Fleta on 40 Degrees North.

In May 1944, he was deported to #Auschwitz. His parents and 7 of his siblings were murdered in the war.
