There was no clear-cut strategy to distribute the palliatives with focus on gender on disability inclusion. However, @JonapwdLagos pushed to gain access for disabled persons in the state.

It was discovered that quality of food distributed and food portions were small; absence of a collaborative and inclusive coordinating body for the distributions & COVID19 safety rules were flouted during distributions.
