@yogijunior3 He will get that wage for 3 years on much more favourable tax rules. I think the point was that we would have to pay him close to 47k to get him close to the same take home pay and also wouldn’t be for 3 years.

@PaddySinat He also gets 3 years at that wage we were not offering him 3 years. 47k a week is only 23k after tax, far better off taking the Turkish 27k for 3 years.
