CEOs are quietly realizing the AI replacement plan has a problem.
Two problems, actually.

One: the token costs for running AI agents are now exceeding what they were paying the employees they fired.

Two: when the tokens run out, the AI stops. Just stops. No continuity. No workaround. Just a spinning wheel where your workforce used to be.

You fired humans to save money and bought a subscription that bills you into a corner.

The employees you let go knew what to do when things broke.
The AI just invoices you for the outage.

And then there’s the permission problem nobody wants to talk about.

To do its job, the AI agent needs access. Full access. Your systems, your patents, your contracts, your future plans. Everything you spent years building, handed over to a process that has no loyalty, no discretion, and no skin in the game.

You didn’t hire a replacement.
You gave a stranger with no soul the keys to everything you own.

The fairness trap is a mental prison created by the weak to shackle the strong.

The world is not fair.

It works on the laws of PHYSICS and BIOLOGY.

The lion doesn't care about the life of a gazelle; it just eats the gazelle.

So, is the world fair?

No. It is not.

You are waiting for a referee to step into the game and award you a penalty.

He doesn't exist in this game called life.

There is no referee, there is only VALUE.

If you don't create VALUE, you deserve nothing, and nobody will save you.

If you solve a big problem in a few minutes and get paid big, don't sabotage yourself by judging yourself for earning big in a few minutes. You have solved a big problem in 5 minutes, and therefore, you are being paid for spending 5 years learning how to solve it in 5 minutes.

Kill the judge in your head.

Don't judge yourself.

Be shameless in the execution of your skills.

Is the world fair?

No. It is cold and indifferent. It doesn't care.

Is the hiring process fair?

No. Therefore, bypass the hiring process by networking and marketing your value.

Is the game rigged?

Yes.

So, why play the game of losers?

Men don't play by the rules. They trade their money for assets.

Are politicians fair?

No.

They will never be fair.

Therefore, exploit the loopholes they created for themselves and build your leverage alongside them.

You can choose to complain, or you can choose to step into the ring and become a man of value.

You can continue complaining about fairness or go coldly and shamelessly for the crown lying at the edge of the abyss.

You can continue feeling and prioritizing your fragile emotions or you can start engaging your logic and think.

As others whine, you build tools to leverage your value.

You are either the Prince or the Peasant.

The enemy is not poverty,

The enemy is the void in your head that you have refused to conquer.

Your enemy is the battlefield sitting between your ears.

The choice is yours.

Instead of wasting your 1-acre piece of land planting maize,

Plant NAPIER GRASS.

1-acre can hold 1,550 rectangles of napier grass.

Each rectangle measures 1 m × 0.75 m, [and 3 feet depth], spaced 1 m lengthwise and 0.5 m widthwise.

In each rectangle, you will harvest 2 heads of napier grass every 3 months.

Each head is sold at KES 200.

Therefore, 1-acre can return KES 300,000 in 4 - 6 months.

This can go higher during sunny seasons [December to March].

Invest in an effecient drip irrigation system and a well.

No unnecesary pesticides, storage losses and labor costs.

Maize farming is a useless subsistence venture with a negative return on investment.

In the spirit of the age-old wisdom imparted by the philosopher Plato, we find ourselves at the precipice of a unique competition, one that marries the vigor of the body with the sharpness of the mind. Plato once said, “He who is only an athlete is too crude, too vulgar, too much a savage. He who is a scholar only is too soft, too effeminate. The ideal citizen is the scholar athlete, the man of thought and the man of action.” It is with this guiding principle that we announce the inauguration of the ALX Plato Coding & Fitness Challenge #ALX_Plato.

The #ALX_Plato competition seeks to find the balance between physical prowess and intellectual acumen, challenging participants not only to be strong in body but also sharp in mind. It is a testament to our belief that the most admirable form of excellence is one that combines the virtues of both realms. Hence, we extend an invitation to all #ALX_SE students who wish to prove themselves as paragons of this Platonic ideal.

The Arena of Competition

The battleground is set for Team Emacs and Team Vim, two factions that embody the essence of strategy, efficiency, and precision in the digital domain. These teams will face off in a series of nine rounds, divided equally between tests of physical strength and coding skill:

Fitness Challenges:
- Push-ups
- Pull-ups
- 400m Run
- Burpees

Coding Challenges:
- C
- Python
- JavaScript
- SQL

The Tiebreaker:

Should the scores be knotted after these eight rounds, a surprise ninth round will summon forth champions from each team to vie for ultimate glory.

The Assembly of Champions

Each team will consist of eight valiant souls, with each participant contending in one round to showcase their prowess. In the event of a tiebreaker, the teams will choose their champion to represent them once more, proving their worth in this unforeseen challenge.

Join the Fray

All #ALX_SE student who find their spirit ignited by this call to action are invited to enlist. Declare your allegiance by filing your intent in the form (see comment below). Whether your tool of choice is Emacs or Vim, your journey will be supported by esteemed coaches @jbarbier and @iam_deborahrise . Training commences on the 1st of March, giving all participants three months to hone both mind and body for the day of reckoning on June 1st.

This competition will unfold in the digital arena, a visio spectacle overseen by three impartial referees yet to be named. Those who wish to uphold justice and fairness in this grand contest are encouraged to signal their desire to serve as referees.
