🚨 JOSH HAWLEY JUST TURNED CNN’S WHITE HOUSE RENOVATION QUESTION BACK ON THE LEFT.

When CNN’s Manu Raju questioned changes to an “iconic building,” Hawley immediately challenged what he sees as selective concern for American history:

“I hear all of a sudden from my liberal friends that they’re very concerned about our history. Really?”

Hawley pointed to the removal of statues and monuments honoring figures including Christopher Columbus, Thomas Jefferson and Theodore Roosevelt during recent years.

Then came the knockout line:

“Now all of a sudden, they’re like, ‘Oh, the facade of the East Wing is iconic.’ Oh, give me a break!”

His argument: you can’t spend years supporting the removal of historic monuments and then suddenly invoke preservation when it’s politically convenient.
