@lestweforget_tr I'm afraid I don't have a ton of details about his time in Holland, though I know he served there and went to a verterans reunion there back in the 1980's. My Dad passed away over 30 years ago, and like many vets, didn't talk much about the war and his service.
As we approach the 80th anniversary of D-Day, forever grateful & proud that my Dad, Jack was a member of the Fort Garry Horse tank regiment that landed at Normandy. So few of these brave veterans are still with us. But we will always be thankful for their service. I miss you Dad.
@PaulBromby Incredible, isn't it Paul? I've never seen a gutsier effort by the Browns in 45 years of cheering for them. Game after game, they defy the odds. Let's just hope our kicker and punter heal quickly. #browns
@VeteransENG_CA Thank you for the work that you do. My Dad was a veteran with the Canadian army who fought overseas during WWII. I appreciate you honoring the heroes who put their lives on the line for this country.
@AKinkhabwala Your daughter is officially the cutest Browns fan ever! I've been one for 45 long years. I stopped smiling 20 years ago lol. Love your reporting Aditi. Keep up the great work.
