I recently purchased TWO Samsung galaxy watches at EE harrow store and extra watch was ACCIDENTALLY added to my account.

Three weeks in I did not receive that phone call and guess what? I was billed for the 3rd Samsung galaxy watch that I did not purchase. Well done @EE for being UK's leading network.

I speak with supervisor @EE who just got in from holiday he explained to me that they are aware of this error and I won't appear on my bill, sorry for the inconvenience, also I will get a call from the manager apologising for the error. How come I didn't get one earlier?

Obviously this was an error on @EE part so I decided to contact them to clear it up, After chatting with a customer service representative I was advised to go to the store.
So on my day off I head over to harrow to sort it out.
