I survived two years of very bad debt through Gods grace and it changed my perception heavily. I have drawn the conclusion that it is his Grace that keeps me alive & purposeful . Not hard work, tonnes of money, or a successful business. Grace ya Mungu pekee is enough.
This was former President Uhuru Kenyatta, in an interview with Hussein Mohammed, claiming that he was only borrowing in order to develop the country. In those ten years, he borrowed about 8 trillion. Are there projects from those ten years that were worth that money? These people think we are still in the 1980s and that they can play with our minds.

This world is designed to distract and take your focus away from God. The best thing you can do for yourself is build systems that ensure you spend time with God on a daily basis.
A degree attained after 7 years is still a degree. A graduation at the age of 50 is still a graduation. Run your Race. Achieve all your dreams. A dream delayed is not a dream denied. 👊
The purpose of prayer is not to inform God of your circumstances. He is well aware. It’s to surrender your agenda, trust in His sovereignty, and admit he has the ultimate authority of your life. 🤍
Wicknell Chivayo’s children,JOHN & ATARA have joined mourners at the family residence in Gletwin Harare, where they are mourning the death of their father alongside their mother, his ex-wife, Sonja Madzikanda. Family, friends & loved ones continue to gather to pay their respects

I won’t talk much about Sir Wicknell, but I believe what he was doing in the last days of his life may have been part of his preparation for eternity.
Last week his pilot dropped Apostle Joshua Selman to Abuja using his private Jet from south Africa
Giving away his wealth, attending a church conference in South Africa just last week, and the things he was doing towards the end of his life make you wonder whether he knew his time on earth was coming to an end.
Sometimes, people may sense that they are nearing the end, even though we may not understand what they are experiencing.
I don’t know what was in his heart, and ultimately, only God knows where a person stands with Him.
But I choose to believe that he was preparing for heaven.
We will meet him in heaven. 🙏🏽
Who destroyed Kenya's first oil refinery?
In 2009, Kibaki & his VP Kalonzo allowed the sale of 50% of Kenya Petroleum Refineries Limited in Mombasa to Essar Energy of India for $7 million. Essar was to inject $1.2 billion to modernise the refinery. 7 yrs later in 2016, Uhuru administration paid off Essar $5 million to take back the shares of a moribund plant. Why? By 2011, the refinery had ground to a halt due to inefficiency. Essar reapped off Kenyans, did not put in a dime, and worse, did asset stripping!
Not entirely different from the Kenya Railways story. In 2006, Kibaki group's Transcentury Limited set up Rift Valley Railways (RVR), an offshore consortium that took a 25-year concession to revamp Kenya - Uganda Railways. In 2010, Transcentury sold 85% of its interest for nearly $40 million to Egypt's Citadel Capital which pledged to inject $150 million to modernise it. In 2017, Kenya Railways terminated the deal. Citadel ripped off KR through asset stripping, did not put in a dime and failed even to pay concession fees. RVR filed for $2 billion claim in a London court which our GoK won last year.
Sorry folks. Kenya's assets were destroyed by those noisy detractors crying 'holier than thou' from atop the mountain. Read your history!
THIKA SUPERHIGHWAY was Raila Odinga's pet project.
In 2003, as Roads Minister, he and Engineer Joshua Toro, then MP for Kandara and Assistant Minister for Roads, crafted a master plan.
The THIKA Highway was the pilot project, followed by Rironi - Mau Summit - Londiani - Fort Tenan - Muhoroni, and Ngata - Salgaa - Mau-Summit - Londiani - Kericho - Kisumu - Busia.
But the constant conflicts between LDP and NAK stalled these Mega Projects.
The Orange-Banana conflict jeopardised every dream built in 2002 because people around Kibaki, like Karua, didn't like LDP near the government's policy-making meetings.
Then came 2008, and the Coalition Government was born after a horrible 2007 election.
Kipkalya Kones, as Roads Minister, restarted the stalled mega road projects. Then he died in June 2008 in a plane crash.
Then Franklin Bett was appointed Roads Minister. He restarted and supervised the Thika Highway groundbreaking ceremony, alongside Jimmy Wanjigi, who designed its financing instruments.
Baba carried all the insults when the project started,
"Economic saboteur"
"He is destroying our businesses"
"He wants EABL to collapse so that his molasses plant can start producing beer"
"This ODM part of the Government is heartless."
Kibaki was almost folding, but Jimmy Wanjigi told him off.
Baba and Bett remained firm, and the Highway was commissioned in November 2012 at Museum Hill. Kibaki was present alongside Johnny-come-lately Kalonzo Musyoka.
Baba carried the insults, the media rewrote the truth, and we carried the glory.
I know our history well because I have refused to let politicians and the media rewrite our historical journey.
The media hides the truth, broadcasts lies, to keep the masses misinformed and enraged.
