@AskCiti Acct opened in US 25 years ago. W/out asking me, CB closed two biz accts, then reopened, then closed, then reopened just one. Rec'd 2 deb & 1 cred crd but old pin #s don't work. Gold online acct shut down. Only CC acct visible online. Can't receive txt msgs. Hopeless.

@dhl_and DHL destroyed a New Years gift from my daughter. Because she used my work address, they sent it to Turkish Customs. The $85 gift would cost $450 to import as a commercial shipment. I had to abandon it. Thanks, DHL. You are heartless.

@AskCiti Have lost hope in Citibank. Polite technical support persons can't solve problems. No one to address my concerns to. No solutions for four months! Things have only got worse. Citibank has technically removed my control of all my assets. Others might call this robbery.
