@Rushcliff is Server 7 been worked on? we are at a standstill and I have spent my morning researching alternative companies.......it will be better to start from scratch at this rate!
@Rushcliff Does anyone have PPS up and running? Would like to know. I have two accounts on server 4 and 7, both don't work. By the look of this thread few if any of the servers are working. Are we being fobbed off?
@Rushcliff It would be helpful to know the situation for those whose servers are back up and running. Are you back to ‘normal’ with full access to your data , or are you limited to a reduced system?
Trying to plan for the enormous amount of ‘catch-up ‘ the Clinic will face.

@Rushcliff We don't have any access, we need the information to do invoicing, we need to book new patients, follow-ups etc. @Rushcliff you are stopping a lot of business from a lot of companies and this have huge impact on companies projections/growth. We need answers and need them now

@Rushcliff I’m not sure any of us have “continued patience “. More in-depth correspondence with real time line expectations is needed. Many don’t even know what server they are on! Please live up to your philosophy number 4: “we are open honest about our software and solutions “

@flix_cw@CarolbenUk@Rushcliff Hope you don't mind me jumping into this convo, my wife works for a practice affected by this outage and as a IT Manager of 20 years I find it incredible that you've been out this long. Have you had an RFO (Reason for Outage) report?
@lucydonners@Rushcliff *speechless* almost feels like there is a lot more going on than we know .... we currently have a waiting list of nearly 50 new patients to book in - that we have no idea what to do with! Competitors will begin to take our patients. I’m awaiting the negative google reviews ☹️
@Rushcliff I’m so confused by your “hosted PPS” page on your website. It mentions “fixed within an hour” “you should not be adversely affected” “pps should not be interrupted” “off site disaster recovery facility” “highly resilient servers” .
@Rushcliff This is quite a disaster to small businesses like ourselves. PPS needs to get this sorted out asap. Might be an idea to hold our own local servers in the future. We use to have them in the past.
