I want to add some context to Braelyn’s MRI images that more than 145,000 people have now seen.

Because when you understand what was happening inside her brain only months ago, her latest MRI becomes even more remarkable.

The image on the left is Braelyn’s brain from February this year.

Her tumor had become enormous. When we first connected with Dr. Linda Liau at UCLA—with Thomas McCaffrey’s help—Braelyn already had an 11 mm midline shift from the pressure the tumor was creating.

Dr. Liau and the UCLA tumor board reviewed her MRI, and during our first Zoom appointment she told us:

Braelyn needed surgery. Immediately.

That may sound obvious looking at this image.

But before reaching UCLA, I had contacted surgeons in the Southeast desperately trying to find someone willing to operate on my daughter.

Three surgeons turned her down.

Her case was considered too complicated and too risky. The options being offered to us were chemotherapy and photon radiation.

And I was angry.

My daughter’s brain was being overtaken by an extraordinarily aggressive tumor, and I felt like everyone was giving up on her when what she desperately needed was someone willing to try.

By the time we made it to UCLA just a couple of weeks later, despite high-dose steroids, that 11 mm midline shift had progressed to 20 mm.

The pressure had become so extreme that her brain was starting to herniate outward through the opening from her previous craniectomy.

In a strange twist, that opening may have saved her life by providing somewhere for her swelling brain to go.

Now look at the image beside it.

That is Braelyn’s most recent MRI from August.

No giant mass.

No 20 mm shift.

And after reviewing the images, Dr. Liau and the UCLA tumor board told us they could see no tumor tissue—including the residual tumor that had intentionally been left behind during surgery because of its proximity to critical structures.

This is why her latest MRI means so much to us.

This wasn’t a small, slow-growing tumor.

We watched this monster create an 11 mm shift that progressed to 20 mm in a matter of weeks.

We know one MRI isn’t the end of this story. Braelyn will continue treatment, and we’ll keep watching every scan.

But I will never forget looking at that first MRI.

It took our breath away.

It was terrifying. It felt like being kicked in the gut. I looked at my daughter’s brain being pushed so dramatically to one side and wondered how we were going to get her through this.

And then, only months later, we looked at the MRI beside it.

That one took our breath away, too.

But for an entirely different reason - relief and gratitude.

Same daughter. Same brain. Two images I will never forget for completely different reasons.

When you understand where she was…

you understand why this MRI feels so extraordinary. ❤️🙏

And I will forever be grateful to the surgeon who looked at a case others considered too risky and said:

She needs surgery.

IMPORTANT 🚨 The Innovation Exemption does not let Robinhood offer its current Stock Tokens to people in the United States.

Robinhood’s tokens are tokenized debt securities issued by an offshore subsidiary. They give price exposure backed 1:1 by collateral (which may not be shares of the underlying stock) held at a US custodian, but they confer no voting rights, no shareholder rights, and no legal claim on the underlying company.

Robinhood itself states they are unregistered under US securities law and may not be offered or sold to US persons.

The SEC exemption only covers trading of “tokenized NMS stock” that gives holders the same rights as ordinary listed shares—including dividends and voting.

It explicitly excludes synthetics and other instruments that provide only economic exposure. Third-party tokens are allowed only if they meet that full-rights test and the underlying company does NOT object after receiving notice.

The order is also limited to permissioned on-chain trading venues (Tokenized Securities Venues using AMMs). It does not create a new registration exemption that would let Robinhood sell its existing debt token trash inside the US. To offer a US-compliant version, Robinhood would need a different legal structure that actually conveys shareholder rights and satisfies Securities Act requirements.

They may be working on that but companies like @AMCTheatres and @gamestop could easily opt-out from having those tokens created by Robbinghood.

Go look at the 5 year chart for $NWBO.

In May 2021, NWBO traded around $1.95.

Today… around $0.16.

But this didn’t start five years ago. This has been happening from the beginning.

Now look at what NWBO has accomplished along the way…

Tyler Morton… 21.

These are just a few of the names we lost to glioblastoma over the past year.

Read them again.

21 years old.

They weren’t statistics.

They were sons… daughters… mothers… fathers… husbands… wives… friends.

They had people who loved them.

They had plans.

They wanted more time.

And while we remember these names… somewhere in the world another family is being introduced to the same nightmare.

It is estimated that roughly 200,000 people die from glioblastoma worldwide every year.

Approximately 548 human beings.

Every. Single. Day.

And that is what makes this so incredibly difficult to accept.

Because there are people who received DCVax L years ago who are STILL HERE.

Brad Silver was diagnosed with stage IV glioblastoma in 2003 and reportedly given approximately two months to live.

He received DCVax L in an early UCLA clinical trial.

More than 22 YEARS later…

Brad is still here.

And then there is 19 year old Braelyn Hollensbe…

We just got incredible news.

Braelyn is still here… still fighting… still giving us hope.

This is what a chance looks like.

Does that mean DCVax L would have saved every person whose name appears above?

Nobody can honestly say that.
