Why do posh people with a failed business always get some sob story soapbox to shout their political opinions on? I would say the housing market being fucked by her generation and politics has meant I can’t spend any money on nice fish, hey ho I’m not special like her though 🤷♂️

For what this lady is an represents, from the most disgusting stain on the international green parties, to someone who spouted out justification of civilian killings, I fucking hate her with all my soul, and love seeing her realise what a stain on this earth she is here
Germany has failed to win a non-permanent seat on the UN Security Council.
Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul (CDU) secured 104 votes in the General Assembly, falling 23 short of the required two-thirds majority. It is the first time Germany has missed out on a rotating seat.
@jimiam87@The_Forty_Four Yes, but let’s remember he played under the FA and they could have done anything before now as well, they were also happy for him to play for a season while this cloud existed and are now making these considerations now it means nothing
🚨 NEW: The Government has announced 300,000 new training and work experience placements across construction, social care and hospitality to tackle youth unemployment
@kmfmnews £43 pounds worth of food? What a savage and vile country we live in where this man is being treated this way for stealing £43 of food from a BP garage, the rich are laughing
@kmfmnews That’s what old people do to the young with housing anyway, I’ve been paying for old people’s retirement at the sacrifice of me ever getting on the housing ladder since I was 18, good on this Robin Hood builder
@FormerylNurgle@fruitymonkie Hi professor hat, you’ve blocked me??? I’ve approached this conversation politely and posted sound responses that use studies to back up empirical and sound points. You’ve still not engaged with what’s being said, just been insulting and refused to engage with the discussion 👍👌
@FormerylNurgle@fruitymonkie Please post something showing that disturbed temperate rainforest’s cause a fall off in carbon fixation greater than a disturbed tropical one. This map to me is showing that the net loss in carbon fixation is greatest in tropical taking it from one of the best areas to emissions
@FormerylNurgle@fruitymonkie Can’t lead us to a place where we value or focus on their conservation over tropical ones, climate action won’t be effective if we focus only on expensive areas of the world where regions are less impactful for carbon or biodiversity. Please share any paper or data
@FormerylNurgle@fruitymonkie So protecting this land from going from one of the best carbon fixing areas to a net carbon emitter is extremely important for climate, and none of this even engages with the biodiversity. These regions should be our focus and the growth of understanding of temperate rainforests
@FormerylNurgle@fruitymonkie They fixate less carbon per year after accounting for CO2 released/fluctuation, so no, not incorrect. The process of CO2 leaving this environments is worse in areas that have been disturbed. Not mentioning biodiversity. Tropical rainforests must be a huge focus for climate
@fruitymonkie This needs to be known by climate friendly circles because a pound spent on temperate rainforests conservation is simply, exponentially less effective than supporting countries with very important regions where it’s cheaper to support the environment.
@fruitymonkie Just an FYI, temperate rainforests are absolutely nothing compared to tropical rainforests in terms of their biodiversity or carbon fixation. Supporting temperate rainforests is fine and cool but it is nothing compared to saving tropical and more important regions for climate
