They don’t need a third scoring option. They need to move the freaking ball. Watch the 4th qtr of the 7th game debacle. Pritchard standing in the corner and never seeing the ball while the Jays take turns.
I woke up today feeling like the Celtics are not even that far away from the Knicks or The Spurs just need a true 3rd scoring option & a Center upgrade
Spurs have to many turnovers without Fox on the floor. Particularly in crunch time. Harper should replace Champagne in the 4th qtr. Fox is the better defender.
Despite how well Champagne shot the ball, he was the defensive liability in the 4th qtr. NY sought him out on virtually every possession. He can’t stay with Brunson. Fox can. Also, the turn over differential when Fox is on the floor vs when he is not is vast.
I play tennis 3 times a wk. I don’t watch until the finals, if then. 5 sets has ruined the sport. No one wants to watch for 5 hours. They’ll never change the majors to 2 out of 3 sets but they should. Might already be too late. Tennis is dying
Watching Wemby dominate both ends really puts Tatum's greatness into perspective. 6'10 sees over the traps, averages 2 dribbles or less/touch, lethal shooter/playmaker and guards 1-5. if there's anyone else worthy of the "alien" title, it's him.
New @CelticsCLNS w/ @wcgoldberg - As #Heat emerge as a preferred Giannis destination, we weighed what Boston and Miami's trades would look like.
For the Heat: Herro, Ware, Jovic, young player, 13th pick, 2 future firsts (and swaps).
Is that better than a potential C's trade?
@KhanSaba1278 15% of $200 is $60 so, unless he gave rotten service you did indeed tip less than you should have. Many wait staff rely on tips because there hourly wages are so low.
My husby and I went out to dinner last night, and the bill came out to $200. I left a $50 tip on the table, thinking that was pretty reasonable. But the waiter looked at it and flat-out refused to take it.
He told us that if we weren’t willing to leave at least $85, we shouldn’t be eating out in the first place.
I was honestly caught off guard. I felt embarrassed sitting there, like we’d done something wrong. We weren’t trying to be cheap or disrespectful — I genuinely thought $50 was a fair tip for that bill. Now I keep replaying the whole thing in my head, wondering if I misjudged it and questioning whether $50 really wasn’t enough.😱
Because Holmgren is still a terrific player who's great except when Wemby is on the floor...and OKC has so many assets to provide the Bucks in a trade more than any other team..plus OKC is now going over the 2nd apron and could actually drop their salary with a Giannis move
It’s extremely difficult to repeat in today’s league.
The game being much faster and spaced out has become extremely taxing.
Teams with very short offseasons at a distinct disadvantage. They almost always deal with injuries the next season.
Just had an epiphany. Giannis going to OKC, in a multiteam deal, with OKC sending out Chet, young players and a ton of picks…Celtics swoop in with picks, players and grab Chet. Not saying I want it. But he’s the blueprint for the type of stretch 5 Joe/Brad likes
