Jack jack lost his battle with cancer yesterday. It was super sudden and my heart is broken but for one day he was (kinda) twitter famous because of @dog_rates. Rest easy baby boy. May 1st, 2006 - February 10th, 2018. Love you always.

@SouthwestAir cancelled my flight to Denver and I had to pay $660 to rebook my tickets. Instead of sending me the reimbursement for the money they made me spend for cancelling they just gave me $150 voucher…..southwest do better and fix this.

@SouthwestAir cancelled my flights to Denver and had to rebook on Delta. After spending $660 on new flights I submit a reimbursement request for the cost of the the flights we had to pay for because YOU CANCELLED and just give me $150 voucher….be better and cover what you owe
