There are over 145 race-based laws excluding white people from opportunities.

White children are also excluded from spots in sport teams, bursaries, university etc.

When I young white person opens a business and grows it to 50+ employees, they must give 50% of their business to a person with a black skin or will never be able to do business with the government.

I like the sentiment, but they should avoid organising on the basis of race. If what you have in "common" with others is melanin content, that is no foundation for cooperation. AfriForum is non-racial, but founded on shared Afrikanerdom (which is predominantly though not exclusively white). If March and March wants to become an AfriForumlike organisation, it should find firmer footing and also adopt AfriForum's voluntarist (not beggarly) posture.
