Funny how everyone is talking about adulterated avocado oil but alarming results from phthalate testing on olive and avocado oil last year, got mostly ignored.
Consumer testing in an EPA-certified lab by Mamavation, reported detectable phthalates in every single sample of popular olive oil (13) and every single sample of avocado oil (11).
The particle counts in those oils ranged from 76–56,808 ppb.
Phthalates are a group of synthetic chemical compounds used to make plastic more flexible and durable. They are known endocrine disruptors and linked to reproductive and developmental issues, lower IQ, ADHD, obesity, type 2 diabetes and a slew of other ailments.
Because they are not chemically bound to plastic, phthalates can leech out into the food they come in contact with.
Despite all these unhealthy associations, the FDA does not set a limit on how many phthalates can be in a food or food product.

No. This bill extends Daylight Saving Time into the cold, dark winter months. Scientists and doctors agree that permanent Standard Time is a better choice—ditch DST!
A Jew converted to Christ, and revealed to the French that Talmudic Jews wrote about Jesus and Mary boiling in human shit in Hell, and hid it from their Catholic hosts.
Incensed, the French gave the Jews a chance to explain. All of the top rabbis gathered, and they sneered. “Oh that’s not YOUR Jesus, it’s a different one. 😉😌”
The French, not being dumbasses, responded by burning wagonloads of these Talmuds in 1242. After 64 more years of Noticing, the French finally had enough and expelled the Jews in 1306.
Nobody who starts reading labels ever stops, and the family watches the whole descent in stages.

Not one person arrives here because they enjoy it. They arrive because they turned one packet over, found something worse than they expected, and turned over a second.
The obsession is just literacy with nowhere to stop.
Oatmeal is the biggest scam on earth.
Dave Asprey doesn’t hold back. He calls it peasant food. The cheap stuff you feed people when you don’t care if they thrive. It spikes blood sugar harder than white sugar or ice cream. Almost no protein. Fiber that pulls minerals out of you. Often loaded with glyphosate.
He’d rather give his kids real ice cream made with milk, sugar and eggs. At least that has some nutrients and hits blood sugar less. Oatmeal leaves you hungry again in twenty minutes unless you drown it in butter and pair it with steak.
I’ve watched the same pattern with a lot of “healthy” defaults. They sound virtuous. Then you look closer and the numbers don’t add up. I’m not one to preach. I ate oatmeal for breakfast for years.
If the breakfast leaves you hungrier and more depleted than a doughnut, the marketing did its job better than the food did.
Every night mode you've tried
f.lux, Night Shift, even the built-in red color filter, still leaks blue and green light.
TAP ZAP goes all the way to pure red, so there's basically no blue or green coming off your screen at all.
🔋Sunlight charges your cells like a battery🔋
Your cells may have a way to turn sunlight into stored energy via infrared light from the sun.
When infrared wavelengths from sunlight reach your cells, they interact with water sitting next to proteins and other hydrophilic surfaces.
That infrared energy drives the water into a highly organized state called EZ (exclusion zone) water.
Instead of being randomly arranged, the water molecules form an ordered layer and become negatively charged.
The water beyond it becomes relatively positive.
That separation creates a voltage, essentially giving the cell a tiny biological battery.
And this matters because your cells run on gradients.
Electrical gradients help your cells move nutrients and ions, maintain their membrane potential, communicate with one another, and drive the chemical reactions required to keep you alive.
Every cell in your body is constantly spending energy to maintain these gradients.
When that electrical environment is working properly, your cells have the conditions they need to perform their basic functions efficiently.
So this isn't just about creating a little extra charge.
It's about supporting the electrical environment your cells depend on to function.
And the good news is you don't need a special infrared lamp because IR light is massively available in sunlight.
You can pretty much go out at any time of the day to get it, even on cloudy days it is still present and providing major benefits.
LED lights are making us sick, blind & quietly wrecking the very hormones that run the show inside us.
You might want to switch back to Sunlight, Candles & Incandescent bulbs.
Yes, LEDs are super energy-efficient, upto 95% more efficient than incandescent bulbs
but have you ever thought what exactly are we trading for those savings?
Is saving a few dollar off your electricity bill really worth messing with your circadian rhythm, your mood, your sleep, your eyes & your hormones?
Blue light isn’t the villain when it comes from the sun, because nature never gives it alone. It’s always wrapped inside a full spectrum of wavelengths that keep your body balanced.
In isolation from all the other colors, blue light damages our retinas & disrupts our endocrine systems, resulting in physical and mental problems.
Cool LED bulbs emit more blue light than warm LED bulbs because of the high color temperature
But the label “WARM” can be deceptive.
Warm LEDs give out a warmer “looking” light because the blue light is masked with a yellow or orange filter, but they DO NOT emit a RED wavelength.
When you’re shopping for bulbs,
Check the Color Rendering Index (CRI).
Sunlight is the gold standard with a CRI of 100
and so are incandescent bulbs & candles.
If you have to go with LED lights, choose ones with a CRI as close to 100 as possible.
Pay attention to flickering because many LEDs tend to have a high flicker rate.
Also, keep in mind those electromagnetic fields (nnEMF)
All LEDs emit high dirty electricity that rides along your wiring and leaks into your living space as invisible electrical noise.
Most people never think about it but your nervous system absolutely does.
This constant background stress chips away at your sleep quality, your recovery, your focus & your overall resilience.
And unlike the sun or a candle,
LEDs offer zero biological upside to counter the stress they introduce.
No INFRARED.
No Deep RED.
No warmth that feeds your Mitochondria.
Just raw, isolated blue packaged inside an electronic device that radiates electrical noise while flickering thousands of times per second.
We traded biological safety for efficiency & we’re paying for it with our health.
So the next time someone tells you LEDs are “THE FUTURE”
Remember this
Nature already designed the perfect lighting system.
It rises every morning and sets every evening.
Everything else is an imitation that your body has to fight against.
Choose the light that supports you.
Your hormones, eyes, sleep, metabolism & mood depend on it.
Sun, Fire & Incandescent.
There is NO other alternative.
👉 According to Dr. Jack Kruse 🧠
Circadian Rhythm is not just a sleep-wake clock!
⚡️It's an electrical resistance system that protects the cell from self-electrocution by controlling how energy, light, temperature & electron spin are managed over time
