'digital poverty' is in the news; where some don't have access to the right tools or bandwidth for whatever reason - not always financial.

I came across another one today; an emergency power outage also switched off our only mobile mast so for 3 hrs no digital anything.

@davefoord Not just an issue for VLEs; how comfortable is everyone for getting not just data but usable data from other systems; lecture capture, attendance, polling, assessment, media etc?

How easy would it be push the data into a new system?
