Will they call me back or will I have to start the process all over again?

@Morrisons refused to speak to me after numerous attempts to contact you over a payment issue you caused and now I receive a letter from a debt collector. You blocked my credit card due to your system errors, I couldn’t buy food or medicine while my daughter and I had covid!

I thought I’d warn you in case you go shopping and your card gets declined. Still no help from customer services today
