@Morrisons my online shopping delivery was due to arrive between 9-10pm but is still not here. I phoned customer services at 10.30pm & was told to call back at 10.45pm if still not arrived. Phoned back & customer service phone now closed! How can I check if delivery on way?
@kerry_kyle@Morrisons@Morrisons You’ve lost a customer here. It’s taken me several hours over several days to sort this. You tried to take payment so many times my card was blocked & couldn’t be used - completely unacceptable, esp when issue was your end rather than mine
@Morrisons There’s clearly an issue with your card payment system for online deliveries - maybe rather than texting and emailing customers in excess of 20 times a day you could look into what’s causing the issue?
@kerry_kyle@Morrisons@Morrisons this has been v poorly handled & has clearly affected many customers. Suggest that rather than hound customers with unhelpful txts & emails (which suggest the problem is with our cards rather than your system) you send all affected the advice I’ve screenshotted above
@PetsatHome @MatDevon I also had this problem today - ordered online to collect in store, payment taken and then an almost immediate email to say my order was cancelled but will take several days for refund. Not ideal from a customer service perspective!
@PetsatHome your website is very glitchy this weekend - slow to load, lots of ‘page not found’, VIP registration repeatedly showing ‘JOSN returned was invalid’. You may already be aware but just in case not!
