@ASOS_HeretoHelp hi, great news no VAT charges on deliveries to UAE. Please can you advise why Aramex are still charging though to release parcels from customs?
@AramexHelp The charge was taken on the same day, 18 minutes apart. I have previously provided all of the details. If you take the time to read the history, you will see all of the information. The service received has been so poor.
@AramexHelp No it was not. One charge was refunded. However the parcel never arrived, was returned to the sender, you therefore wrongfully charged me when I received no goods! You therefore owe me a second refund!
@AramexHelp I’ve heard this time and time again. For over a month now. I actually don’t want to order anymore! You duplicated another charge last week! I will be opening a case for that too. How can a service be so incompetent?
