This year has been the hardest, with loosing my best friend in the whole entire world pretty much overnight 😔 I don’t have much idea on 1d but it really got to me Liam passing in such an awful way & so young..this has hit me right in the heart

@lookfantastic email which wasn’t helpful I’m sure was done to stop me cancelling.I spoke to someone who didn’t reply until 3am with code to get it returned free which coincidentally didn’t work! I am not paying more to return when I immediately tried to cancel?!

@lookfantastic No one is getting back to me !!!! I placed an order yesterday that I then tried to cancel , I was told it was too late too even though I didn’t pay next day shipping. After emailing to cancel I got a “we have upgraded your shipping”
