@beany_23@Google @fitbit Yes. If you go to system settings on your phone, there should be an option to allow multiple users. From there I set my child up as a user and it was like him having his own phone. I'm on an android, not sure if it's the same for iPhones.
@Google and @fitbit need to figure out their issues. Can't set up an Ace 3 for my son because Google won't allow a supervised account to sign up for Fitbit, and Fitbit won't let a normal adult account activate a child device. Waste of $80, and now dealing with an upset child.
@beany_23@Google @fitbit I already had the family link app, but yes you'll have to download it. From there you create a family group, and add a child. Took me over 5 hours of undivided attention to figure this out.
@beany_23@Google @fitbit I had to set up a new Google account for my kid, but set it up from the family link app. I couldn't use his existing account, and set up a new one from my computer and couldn't use that either. It apparently has to be set up from the family link app under add child
My name is Matt Putorti. Today, I’m announcing my candidacy for Congress in #NY21. The North Country taught me the meaning of service, community, empathy, and patriotism. Elise Stefanik threatens these values and our democracy. I’m going to give this race everything I’ve got.
Me taking the Covid vaccine as early as I possibly could because it was the right thing to do and getting a sticker for it vs. everyone who refused now getting free cars and beers and millions of dollars to take it has some real high school group project energy
