@BulbUK Hi luke. Could you explain why my standing charges are 49.65p a day I live in annan. But London standing charges are only 32.1405p a day. Other companies seem to be charging everyone same standing charge which is close to what you are charging people down south.

@xNikkiMoorex @BulbUK They have done same to me. I told them I will cancel my direct debit and pay when the bill comes in. Told them I will pay for what I use. They tried to tell me its to build up for winter but my bills don't really change each month. I wont be paying £375 a month
