@vueling hello. I have an open case for missing flight points with you. It’s been open some time and I’m currently being ignored via customer services. I have a flight coming up on the 14th that I should be at gold level for but you haven’t awarded the flight points.
@SWWHelp can you tell me why my direct debit has been cancelled without my request and I’m now being asked to pay over the phone / online? I think I’m also in debt / missed a payment because I didn’t know and I have no letters. I work abroad - I can’t call.
@ThreeUKSupport Hi, can you help me please with how to order a PAYG e-sim? Have tried looking on your website as it says it’s possible but then only shows physical sims. Do you also have somewhere that shows PAYG tariffs? Link takes me to a page that doesn’t give pricing.

@Jaisinghhhh What time were you there? My parents went and said they couldn’t see them but wondering if they just haven’t got their phone tech correct.
@SkyHelpTeam please check your DM’s… seems like someone has panicked and tried to move things by saying an engineer needs to come. I’ve already seen an engineer and just spoke to him again … he’s adamant they don’t need to come back.
@CrossCountryUK It’s the 16:35 - im travelling to Darlington I’m hopeful I make it in time but it’s getting very difficult. Can you also advise me that the service has assigned seats etc. Worried seeing other tweets about overcrowding.
