@POferriesupdate Why are we waiting for so long for P&O when DFDS is clear? We have been in traffic for nearly 3 hours and 2 sailings have passed since our booking. The dock worker confirmed it was a P&O problem. What's going on? You say use facilities before leaving but 3hrs is ridiculous.

@JustEatUK response. They still refuse to refund for goods not received and still send the same copied and pasted response about leaving a review for the restaurant when it's not even their fault! @FiveGuysUK I have made the store aware that just eat suggest this. Awful.

Avoid @JustEatUK - you don't get the items you ordered TWICE and then they refuse you a refund. This is against consumer rights!
