@parthaskar Sadly no good news- I missed my appointment because I got stuck in traffic en route and they’re now refusing to give me an appointment with the dr for 9 months. Was last seen in Feb 24 so will be over 2 years 😥

Secondly, I phoned Ipswich diabetes hospital this morning and they point blank refused the move to hybrid closed loop because they said ICB are refusing funding- do you have any advice?

If you have #T1Diabetes
And are on a stand-alone #InsulinPump along with any #CGM as part of your care funded by the #NHS?

You can be upgraded (if you so wish) to a #ClosedLoop system - pretty much ASAP

As it's cost neutral/cost saving to local system.

Are postcode lotteries STILL a thing?Annual appt today with #ipswichhospital and told I can’t have @myomnipod 5 because of my address. Night time hypos are a real thing followed by catch up highs in the day. TIR down from 85% to 53%. It seems so unfair @parthaskar #gbdoc
