I have shared over email the proofs of seller not responding but still Flipkart is not helping.

Again I got the same response. Even after sharing the proofs that seller is not responding. Flipkart said I don't care if seller is not responding.

Similar issue happened with Amazon and they were able to refund / replace the product once they knew that seller isn't responding.

@flipkartsupport What is more disturbing is response of Flipkart Backend Team. Who is said me to "call seller from different phone number. And if seller does not respond Flipkart can't do anything "and marked the incident as resolved.

@oyorooms its true Oyo gives different level of experience, Experienced a wait time of 30 mins to know my refund status. And Finally . . . The call disconnected.
