My account in AU Small Finance Bank has been frozen for over 9 months due to a cyber complaint of just ₹600.
At the time, the total balance in my account was only ₹3100, yet the entire account was frozen instead of placing a lien on the disputed amount.
The Delhi High Court (Muktaben M. Mashru vs State NCT of Delhi) and the Madras High Court have already observed that authorities should not arbitrarily freeze entire bank accounts during investigation.
On what legal basis is my full AU Small Finance Bank account still frozen for 9 months over a ₹600 complaint?

My bank account in State Bank of India has been frozen for almost 1 year due to cyber complaints.
As per law, authorities can place a lien only on the disputed amount, not freeze the entire account indefinitely.
The Delhi High Court in Muktaben M. Mashru vs State (NCT of Delhi) held that bank account freezing under Section 102 CrPC must follow due procedure and be reported to the Magistrate.
Madras High Court has also observed that authorities cannot arbitrarily freeze entire bank accounts during investigation.
So on what legal basis has my full SBI account been frozen for nearly 12 months?
