This is how @waitrose treat lorry drivers. Made to wait 5hrs to unload in Reading NDC and forced to use facilities like this. Without lorry drivers your business would stop. Staff at this depot treat drivers like scum. Horrible place to unload. Worst RDC to unload in the UK.
