Why should a RAC passenger bear full charge for 50% of a side lower seat? Isn't it unfair?

Once the chart is prepared, Railways must refund 50% of the fare with interest for RAC passengers. The same source of payment can be used for the refund.

Pls implement this immediately. I see many ladies and senior citizens who travel by RAC, without sleep and they pay full charge.

If any of you reading this feel that this should be implemented immediately, comment with your thoughts and share until Railways makes it a fair deal for passengers.

This is long long overdue.

@PMCPune @mohol_murlidhar My complaint has still not been resolved & expected timeline given is 12-10-25. Till that time, should residents be without water or pay charges for PMC water tank? Today, water was supplied with very low pressure for 2 hours. even 1000 ltr tank is not getting filled up. @PMCPune

One of my close friends was admitted in a hospital for a small procedure on his finger (got injured while playing cricket with a leather ball). He was admitted for a night.

His personal insurance is amazing & has Non Consumables cover also. His bill of around ₹40000 was completely paid off by Insurance company (cashless).

During discharge, my friend was asked to pay for Non Consumables ₹3200. He immediately told the hospital that Non Consumables is covered. He showed them the list of items covered under Non Consumables (from the policy).

But friends. Their list had items which were not present in the Insurance Non Consumables List 😀😀😭😭

The hospital asked my friend to pay for the following non-consumables:

Surgeon Gown
Betadine
Drapes
Gloves (this was paid by insurance company since it was part of their list, after we showed them the policy list)
Mops

He ended up paying ₹2800, after deducting Gloves 🔔

Why are Mops even in the list? Isn't basic cleaning something we pay for?

Shouldn't Gown be a part of the procedure? Betadine is used for wound cleaning, it can be put under procedure charges. What are Drapes?

My learning is that hospitals will squeeze us, either way. We need to have an awesome insurance policy. Even though this policy is top notch with amazing cover, hospitals can always have some items which are simply ridiculous in the non-consumables section. A comprehensive cover is key. With non consumables included, he still had to pay ₹2800. Imagine if he didn't have the cover, it would have been far far higher.

In my opinion, Hospitals have become a Pure Business 😀😀😀

I had no intention of shaming any Institution or Profession, but this is simply ridiculous & enlightening.

Sharing this for everyone to learn something from this...

Even after 4 years of expending nearly 4500 Crores Rs , the @IncomeTaxIndia portal is not working glitchfree.

A small report which could easily be downloaded in few seconds is not getting downloaded since morning.

This year the incometax portal is down since start of Efiling season and very sorry to say that it is not working glitchfree thereby hampering Return filing process for lakhs of taxpayers and tax professionals who are assisting them and thereby helping the nation.

You need to take note of the same as @FinMinIndia is not taking any sort of action.

Tweeting this as a last resort and in wait for kind action by you.

This is a big blot on #DigitalIndia dream of a country which wants to be a develped nation by 2047. Such attitude of regulators willl be detirmental for the cause while taxpayers and professionals are diligently doing their duties.

@JioCare @reliancejio I hv AirFiber connection. Net down since >20 days. Raised complaints 5-6 times. But, closed by Jio/technician at its whim without resolving issue. Jio is misleading customers by taking subscription fee for the services that are not rendered. @jagograhakjago

@EurekaForbes I hv gold AMC. >1 Yr nobody serviced. Raised issue CM-020625-52324929. Called, mailed. No resolution. Technician doesn't follow my time & never comes. Seems Co is systematically misleading customers by taking AMC money without rendering services. @consumerforum_

Dear @anandmahindra Sir,

I have now had the privilege to look at this car in my city, take it for a spin, sit in it and be in complete awe of the fantastic product your team has made.

It is truly remarkable. While you have always been a bellwether on multiple SUVs that have gotten made in this country, I am pretty sure BE is going to show us how the next frontier of indigenous OEM development is going to look like.

I just have one pain point in my mind.

As I dream of owning this vehicle, I cannot help but think of the multiple potholes this car is going to keep falling on and destroy all this mighty castle in my head day by day and month by month.

It is my earnest request to you and all your friends in the auto industry to drive home this point on having better roads for the end consumer - What is the point of being BS6 compliant and having futuristic electric cars when our roads are probably very uncomfortable for our bullock carts too?

The last line may have sounded like a hyperbole but it is time leaders like you take the initiative to address this head on.
