@rpomumbai been waiting for more than 2 hrs at PSK for a minor’s renewal. The process is swift, however due to unavailability of staff when requested that child will be missing school, we get rude response saying pls reschedule that too only for last counter.

This is ridiculous its been a week and there is no resolution your area manager is saying will be done today. There is just no sync.

When contacted customer care they arrange call back from some Ms. Aditi Shinde who confirms her email id [email protected] and asks to share details on her email id
Post sharing detail my card is detagged from CRN now no way I can connect with customer care

Such a sad state… Mumbai being city of dreams seems is fulfilling dreams only of auto walas. Terminal 2 state of art airport and we fail to meet most basic requirement of seamless commute… High time to look at this issue

The autowalas have created such a nuisance at Terminal 2 people come from travel and do not get seamless transport
It is sad that not a single official is ready to take up this matter

You get down from Airport and series of problems start
1. They dont agree to nearby places, like vile parle andheri itself
2. If they agree then their meter is not working (just to loot more money)
