SPEND TIME ON STRETCHING
We forget the main part of workouts- STRETCHING. We feel- let’s spend those extra 10 minutes doing more reps and skip stretching. With this same thought I injured my shoulder so bad that it took months of physiotherapy. Make stretching mandatory.
