The transition from @citibank to UOB was an absolute unmitigated disaster. The best part is that no matter what time of day or night I call UOB (6am, 10pm) their customer service officers are all busy 🤣

Much noise about banning URLs in SMS and I get this from my provider:

“To ensure seamless delivery of your messages containing URLs and phone numbers, we kindly request you to submit the relevant URLs and phone numbers to us for whitelisting.”
